Please note: letters will be sent in a hard backed envelope for you to pass on to your child; this will help protect the wax seal. If you would prefer it be posted direct please let me know so I can remove the printed stamps and pop it in the post. I cannot guarantee the wax seal will remain intact in this instance.

All items are made to order so I always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; usually within 1-3 working days but during busy times this can take up to 5 working days.

All items are posted either Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 2nd class as standard. Option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 1st Class at checkout.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked which aims to delivery within 7 days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
